Manchester’s Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM) is a leading conservatoire located in Manchester, UK. This role offers a flexible part‑time schedule and opportunities for work/life balance.
Salary: £51,753 to £56,535 per annum (pro‑rata).
Responsibilities
* Work with the Director of Finance to analyse the RNCM’s financial performance, offering insight into current activities and assessing the viability of new initiatives.
* Develop enhanced financial reporting and analysis using the TechOne finance system for the Executive Team and Board of Governors.
* Provide accurate and meaningful financial reporting in collaboration with the Deputy Director of Finance (Management Information).
* Support budget holders and other members of the Finance Team during peak workloads such as year‑end and audit.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Experienced finance professional with strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Proficient in finance systems – experience with TechOne or similar ERP preferred.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate with senior leadership.
* Standard DBS check required.
* Eligible to work in the UK; sponsorship requirements will be discussed if necessary.
