CNC Operator / Elumatec Machines / Fabrication of Alumnium & PVCu Glazing & Doors.\nLocation: Derby, East Midlands.\nSalary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (DOE) plus Pension.\nProduct Knowledge: Elumatec CNC Machinery & Software experience. Fabrication of Aluminium & PVCu Glazing & Doors.\nThe Company:\nThe company is a successful Aluminium & PVCu Glazing and Door fabricator based in the Derby, East Midlands area. The company has been trading for many years and is now experiencing rapid growth across the company and is therefore looking for a CNC Operator with Elumatec CNC Machiney experience.\nResponsibilities:\n * Operating a Elumatec SBZ 122/73 CNC Machine to assist with the fabrication of Aluminium & PVCu Glazing & Doors.\n * Upholding cutting quality levels, production time schedules and machinery operational safety.\n * Understanding and operating Elumatec software for the CNC manchinery.\n * Working off job sheets and drawings to assist in the cutting and manufacture of Aluminium and PVCu glazing & door products.\n * Implmenting improvements on machinery operational practises and health and safety.\n * Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area to facilitate cutting functions.\n * Liaising with the fabrication team to upkeep manfacturing commitments in a timely mannor and produce progress updates.\n * The CNC Operator will be responsible ...
