This Quality Systems Engineer role is with an electronics manufacturer in the Andover area. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm, with an early finish at 3:30 pm on Fridays. The salary is up to £50,000 depending on experience. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting and developing the Business Management System
* Ensuring compliance with ISO9001, AS9100, and ISO13485 standards
* Document control and audit support
* Conducting internal and external audits
* Participating in continuous improvement activities
* Coordinating external audits from certification and regulatory bodies
* Analyzing QHSE data and participating in investigations using methods like 8D, 5WHY, and Ishikawa
* Working closely with all business levels and contributing to management reviews
* Deputising for the QHSE Manager as needed
Requirements
* Experience with quality and business management systems
* Experience working to standards such as ISO13485, AS9100, and ISO9001
* Background in manufacturing
* Internal auditing experience
* A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (desirable)
* Knowledge of Electronic/Electrical Engineering (advantageous)
