As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in supporting the daily operation of our equipment and infrastructure. This hands-on position involves performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure optimal functionality and minimal downtime in a fast-paced agricultural and production environment.

SUMMARY
Assist in tasks to keep packing shed, and equipment operating at maximum efficiency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Repair and maintain production equipment
* Complete checklists and maintenance logs
* Work independently and as part of a team
* Identify and correct safety issues
* Assist with installation and setup of new equipment
* Understand machine operation:
o Identify machine inefficiencies and report or repair them
o Visually inspect equipment for wear and suggest solutions
o Communicate with Production staff to determine optimal repair times
* Respond promptly to repair calls from all departments
* Skills required include the ability to read, write, perform basic math, and basic mechanical skills
* Useful skills may include electrical, welding, manual machining, pneumatics, automation, and fabrication
