East Pizzas is growing quickly across wholesale, retail and e-commerce — and we’re looking for someone to help bring structure, organisation and control to the day-to-day running of the business.
This isn’t a standard admin role. You’ll work closely with the founders, take ownership early, and help build the systems that support our next stage of growth.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing customer emails and day-to-day comms
* Supporting order flow across B2B and D2C
* Owning key admin processes and keeping things running smoothly
* Managing stock, ordering and supplier communication
* Supporting compliance (including SALSA)
* Assisting with HR admin and BrightHR
* Keeping Xero and general admin organised
* Spotting problems and improving how we operate
We’re looking for someone who:
* Is highly organised and proactive
* Takes ownership and gets things done
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Thinks ahead and solves problems
* Communicates clearly and confidently
(1–3 years’ experience in admin/ops helpful, but attitude matters more.)
