Pastoral Support Officer

Contract: Full-time, term time
TimePlan Education is seeking an approachable and proactive Pastoral Support Officer to join a secondary school with a strong focus on student wellbeing. This is an excellent opportunity for someone experienced in mentoring, safeguarding or behaviour support.
As a Pastoral Support Officer, you will:
Work with students who need help with attendance, behaviour or wellbeing.
Build positive relationships with pupils, families and staff.
Support safeguarding, early intervention and behaviour strategies.
Work alongside the pastoral team to promote engagement and success.The ideal candidate will:
Have experience supporting young people in a school, PRU or pastoral role.
Be calm, firm and able to build trust quickly.
