About the role
The Grimsby Institute invites applications for a Programme Leader for Hospitality/Catering. You will work with a team of dynamic and supportive staff who ensure that learners have the very best opportunities and experiences. As a teacher of Hospitality subjects, you will plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, informative and challenging lessons, and you will track and monitor groups of learners to support achievement of their qualifications.

About the person
It is essential that you are a team player, with sound knowledge of the subject area and outstanding teaching, learning and assessment strategies, and a keen eye for detail.
Applicant requirements
* Two years hospitality catering experience
* City and Guilds Level 3 Professional cookery qualifications or equivalent
* Hold a Certificate of Education or be prepared to work towards Assessors qualifications
* IV qualifications or be prepared to work towards
