Estates & Asset Assistant Director - £650-750 - 6 Months - Essex - HYBRID (3 days in the office)
Panoramic are supporting a progressive Local Authority in Essex who are seeking an experienced Assistant Director Estates & Assets to join them on an interim basis. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role focused on driving forward the Council's property strategy and ensuring its asset base is delivering strong financial and community outcomes.
This opportunity would suit someone who enjoys operating at both a strategic and operational level, with the ability to influence decision-making, lead teams, and identify commercial opportunities across a varied portfolio. In this position, you will take ownership of a mixed portfolio of commercial and operational assets, ensuring they are proactively managed and aligned to wider organisational goals.
