The Infrastructure Analyst 2 is an intermediate role responsible for assisting with LAN/WAN and help desk activities, including network maintenance, technical guidance, and security, in coordination with the Technology Infrastructure team. The goal is to use infrastructure knowledge and policies to process data, resolve issues, and perform administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose and resolve problems through troubleshooting and analysis.
2. Ensure successful data loads and batch processing.
3. Participate in testing activities, including creating and executing basic test scripts.
4. Participate in control activities (risk, self-assessment, COB, audit) and suggest improvements.
5. Evaluate issues using existing procedures or similar experiences; recommend and implement solutions.
6. Communicate ideas and information clearly and concisely.
7. Assess risks appropriately when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and ethical standards, while safeguarding the firm's reputation and assets.
Qualifications:
* 0-2 years of experience in a Technology Infrastructure role.
* Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, under pressure or deadlines.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
