We are partnering with a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-site hospitality business to recruit a Human Resources Business Partner. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional ready to step into a broader, more strategic position within a people-centric and values-driven organisation.
As HRBP, you’ll be a trusted partner to operational leaders across multiple sites, playing a pivotal role in driving employee engagement, shaping the people agenda, and delivering proactive HR support that aligns with business goals. Key Responsibilities:
1. Build influential relationships with senior managers and site leadership teams to drive engagement, retention, and cultural alignment
2. Act as a strategic partner on workforce planning, resourcing, succession, and change management initiatives
3. Lead on employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinaries, and performance management, ensuring fair and legally compliant outcomes
4. Oversee the effective use and continuous improvement of the Harri HR platform
