We are seeking a passionate and driven Vocational Tutor to join a dynamic and supportive team within an alternative education setting for 14–19-year-olds. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people with complex needs and behaviours by delivering high-quality education, fostering engagement, and promoting progression.
You will provide effective teaching, learning, and assessment in Customer Service and Employability (Entry Level to Level 2). You’ll play a pivotal role in behaviour management, curriculum development, and student support—driving performance in engagement, teaching quality, safety, and learner progression.
