Were working with a leading international law firm to hire an AV Analyst to join their in-house IT team. Based in the London office, this is a fully on-site role supporting the technology behind client meetings, hybrid events, and internal collaboration.
This is not your typical AV tech role. Youll be supporting a broad unified communications environment from Microsoft Teams Rooms and Crestron systems to live video conferencing, Raspberry Pi setups, and high-spec hearing rooms. Youll be responsible for resolving live support issues, maintaining AV infrastructure, and ensuring seamless technology delivery across all client and internal events.
Key responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hybrid meetings, live events, and video conferences
Troubleshoot issues across a range of AV and UC systems, including Teams Rooms, Polycom, and Crestron
Conduct regular room checks and preventative maintenance
Participate in project work, tech testing, and out-of-hours deployments when needed
Contribute to improving AV/UC standards, documentation, and governance
Manage AV equipment inventory and support procurement processes
Ensure timely resolution of tickets in line with agreed SLAs, reporting issues as needed
