Overview
I am looking for a kind active PA to support my autistic son.
He is a lovely, kind 7 year old boy who has interests in technology, music and lego. You will be working with another PA who looks after my daughter. Hours will be Fridays and Saturdays for 8 hours per week, total (extra hours available during holidays).
Responsibilities
* Walking with the child, the daughter and the other PA.
* Bathing him.
* Playing with him.
* Assisting him at mealtimes.
* Companionship at all times.
* Bathroom assistance as required.
* Other relevant duties as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Reliable with good timekeeping.
* Hygienic, tidy and well organised.
* Fit and healthy to undertake the required duties.
* Patient and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ideally Enhanced DBS checked (Independent Lives can arrange).
* Right to work in the United Kingdom.
* Willing to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service check if required.
