Your Role
As Care Coordinator, you’ll:
* 📅 Organise rotas & match carers to clients
* 🤝 Support clients & care staff daily
* 🛡 Maintain Trinity’s high care standards
* 📞 Take part in the on‑call rota (paid extra)
* 🚨 Handle emergencies calmly & professionally
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in domiciliary/live‑in care (QCF Level 2/3 preferred)
* Strong communication & organisation skills
* Tech‑savvy and confident in a fast‑paced role
