The Purpose:
You'll be joining the PPRO Marketing team who is responsible for building our product and brand presence as a market leader in local payments. You'll be working with product leads across different areas of our offering to help develop our product positioning, and shape how we take it to market to drive adoption.
What you'll be doing
o You'll work very closely with the domain and commercial leads to define and articulate the value proposition of our products, ensuring they meet the needs and appeal to our target audience
o Collaborate very closely with the rest of the marketing team to inform the campaigns and channel activations needed to launch and grow our market offerings
o Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all product marketing collateral and that our offerings are clear, compelling and competitive
o Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to inform product marketing strategies
o You'll own GTM, including launching new offerings, and growing existing offerings to help drive market penetration
o Translate complex technical concepts into a set of compelling and accessible messages for diverse audiences
o Gather and leverage valuable customer insights to build a deep understanding of audience needs and preferences
o Own and oversee the creation of strong and persuasive sales collaterals, including product sheets and pitch decks, that underscore our product benefits and features
What would make you a great fit
o 7+ years experience in B2B marketing with the majority of that in a product marketing focused role, experience in fintech is great, payments even better
o You have launched market-leading products in a fast-growing product-focused company before
o Good understanding of how to market complex products, with a long sales cycle to multiple stakeholders
o Great communicator with the ability to create compelling product narratives for diverse audiences, distilling complex technical propositions into clear, persuasive messaging
o You remain proactive and stay focused on creating value amid evolving priorities and landscape
o Experience working across Product, Sales and Marketing teams, joining the dots and spotting ways to improve
