LawSure Insurance Brokers, part of The Clear Group, is looking for an entry-level Assistant Insurance Broker to join our Horsham office.

* Supporting conveyancing and real estate solicitors with property transactions, such as home sales or developments.
* Assisting probate solicitors in administering estates.
Given the urgent nature of many transactions, our team thrives under pressure, building strong relationships with clients and insurers to ensure the best outcomes.
The Role
As an Assistant Insurance Broker, you'll provide vital support to our broking team. This is a hands-on, administration-focused role ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and an interest in insurance. Full training will be provided, giving you the opportunity to develop a long-term career in insurance.
You'll be involved in:
* Policy fulfilment, data capture, and invoicing.
* Reconciling premiums and assisting with financial reviews.
* Navigating Acturis and supporting case reviews and documentation.
* Follow-ups with clients and support for conferences and team activities.
What We're Looking For
* Interest in insurance (an interest in law is a bonus, but not required).
* Strong attention to detail, numeracy, and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* Office experience is helpful, but not essential.
* Motivation to commit to a long-term career in insurance.
Desirable:
* Familiarity with broking systems such as Acturis.
* Previous experience in administrative tasks within a professional environment.
