Job description
The mission of the Risk Solution Services (RSS) division is to be the unrivaled advisor for global payment fraud management. RSS is the consultative arm of Visa’s Risk & Identity Solutions (RaIS) organization that offers a portfolio of solutions to our merchant, partner, issuer, and acquirer portfolios. RSS maintains strong client relationships and acts as an extension of our clients’ teams to enable adoption of Visa products. The Senior fraud payment consultant, Risk Solution Services will help Visa clients manage the risk of accepting payments online. This includes analyzing order data to identify emerging fraud trends, developing strategies to mitigate these trends, and working closely with Visa’s clients to implement these strategies using a combination of Visa and industry tools.
Responsibilities
* Communication and Presentation: Delivers clear and concise messages, shares best practices, and communicates confidently to audiences at all levels.
* Consulting Expertise: Fosters strategic relationships aligned with RSS and represents client interests for product enhancements.
* Solutions Delivery: Maximizes client engagement through automation, machine learning, and effective communication of portfolio updates; influences adoption of RSS.
* Analysis, Data, and Reporting: Improves automation to align KPIs with Visa objectives; collaborates to enhance current and future reporting capabilities.
* Industry Knowledge: Acquires and shares payment industry insights; educates clients on payment systems and stays updated on the competitive landscape to adapt solutions.

Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in the eCommerce payment industry
* Collaboration on enterprise-wide products, projects, and programs
* Ability to derive insights and action items through analysis
* Experience delivering Solutions/Professional Services
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office)
* Exceptional presentation, consultative, and communication skills
* Proficiency in Python, Java, or another major programming language with a focus on data analysis, machine learning, or algorithm development
* SQL proficiency for data analysis
* Hands-on experience handling and mining large, diverse datasets
* Experience working with or tuning machine learning models in fast-paced, real-time prediction environments
