Teaching Assistant – Chichester
Prospero Teaching are working with a large school in Chichester, who are keen to appoint a teaching assistant to join them to work across their secondary phase and support their pupils effectively.

Our client school in Chichester have a position available for a teaching assistant to work with their secondary pupils with their daily development and education.
You’ll be working across school as part of the school’s support team, and you’ll be well guided by the department leads, who will ensure that you’ve got the right tools to be able to support them appropriately.
Supply Experience, Training and Qualifications
You must have at least 6 weeks experience working with children and young people. Experience with some SEN is desirable.
Up to date Safeguarding training is imperative; you can undertake a free course with Prospero Teaching if you have not completed a Safeguarding course in the last 12 months.
Strong Behaviour Management skills are a must.
To be eligible for any teaching job with Prospero Teaching, you must;
Hold the Right to Work in the UK.
Possess an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with online update service or be willing to process a new application.
Registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
Provide two professional child related references.
