Job Description
What you’ll do
* Be part of our dynamic and fast‑paced STARS leadership team
* Motivate and support STARS teams across the UK
* Lead recruitment, training and service excellence
* Deliver our fantastic STARS training programme nationally
* Build strong stakeholder relationships
* Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
* Have a voice that helps shape the future of the STARS programme
* Be creative and think outside the box
What you’ll bring
* Energy, enthusiasm and a passion for people
* Strong communication and people skills
* A proactive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service
* An inspirational leader who can work effectively independently and within a team
* Working knowledge of administrative computer packages such as MS Office, GSuite, etc.
* Operational and commercial experience
* Experience in recruitment, training or admin (Desirable)
Qualifications
* 5 year checkable work history
* SIA licence – will be required and to be obtained during employment with our support
* First Aid at Work – will be required and to be obtained during employment with our support
* Full clean driving licence and access to own vehicle
* AET Level 3 certified – to be obtained during employment with our support
