Bank Receptionist
Location: Rowley Hall Hospital, Stafford
Hours: Flexible, zero-hour contract.
The role:
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our Administration team on a Bank contract. You will work with delivering exceptional standards of administration and customer service whilst being the front face of the hospital. This is an extremely busy role liaising with patients, Consultants and all hospital departments. We need an individual with a professional approach, excellent verbal communication skills, initiative, the ability to work within a team and adaptable. You must be computer literate – experience with Word and Outlook being essential.
What you will bring:
1. Experience in a front facing or customer service role
2. Maths/English to GCSE level or equivalent
3. Proven organisational and communication skills at all levels, both written and oral.
4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office including databases
5. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and consultants on a day-to-day basis applying appropriate methods and interpersonal skills
6. Positive, willing attitude
7. Self-motivated and possess strong organisational, interpersonal and above all customer service skills.

Rowley Hall Hospital is one of Staffordshire's leading private hospitals located in a Georgian listed building in five acres of Rowley Park, only five minutes from the centre of Stafford. The hospital opened in 1987 and currently has 13 bedrooms, all with en suite facilities. By investing in advanced medical technology, the hospital offers a wide range of treatments and services.
