We are looking for an Asset Performance Data Lead to join us on a Full Time, permanent basis to shape the future of our homes. This role will make a real difference to how we invest in properties, improve energy efficiency, and ensure customers live in safe, healthy, and affordable homes.

* You’ll lead on tracking, analysing and reporting the impact of our annual £50M+ WHQS23 property improvement programmes, using real-time remote sensing data to monitor property conditions, support data-driven investment decisions, and identify opportunities to enhance our customers’ living environments

Where does this role fit in?
The role sits within the Asset Intelligence team and reports to the Asset Intelligence Manager. You’ll connect data and insights across the organisation, working with colleagues in asset management, compliance, finance, health and safety, neighbourhoods, and sustainability. You’ll also collaborate with external partners such as contractors, consultants, and local authorities to enhance the quality of data and support better services. As a Data Lead, you’ll help create a supportive and high-performing environment.
What skills and experience do you need?
We are looking for someone who can work with complex IT systems and analyse data to spot trends, forecast outcomes, and guide evidence-based decisions. You should have advanced skills in Excel and system integration, with knowledge of housing quality standards such as WHQS23. Experience in leading projects, managing people, and working collaboratively across teams is key. A background in property refurbishment or retrofit decarbonisation is desirable, with PAS2035 knowledge an advantage.
What are the pay and benefits?
* This is a permanent role for 37 hours per week. Salary is £51,242
* Base locations: Swansea, Newport, or Cardiff
* We offer flexible working policies – this is a hybrid role
* Predominantly Monday to Friday, with the option to request a compressed 9-day fortnight
* A Basic DBS is required for the role which we pay for
