Contract administrator required for an immediate start in Bellshill. Our client is looking for a Contract Admin to join the team in Bellshill. Training will be provided; however, prior experience and knowledge are required.
This role is initially a temporary position.
Responsibilities:
1. Schedule PPM works in a timely manner, ensuring KPI's are met.
2. Liaise with Contract Managers, Supervisors, and Schedulers to schedule all sub-contractor PPMs in line with agreed schedules.
3. Log and assign jobs on CAFM system.
4. Issue Purchase Orders when required and follow through to receipt of invoices, ensuring all systems are updated with current work status throughout.
5. Chase invoices, and obtain reports from subcontractors & engineers for supporting information if required.
6. Ensure that any internal and customer-defined CAFM system(s) are up to date at all times, extracting key MI when requested.
7. Serve as the first point of contact for engineers and sub-contractors regarding scheduling queries.
8. Carry out general administrative duties in line with departmental policies & procedures.
Requirements:
* Previous experience with CAFM systems.
* Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Excel and Outlook.
* Previous experience in a similar role.
