Accounts assistant required for a part time role in Bromsgrove. Job duties will be:
To carry out relevant bookkeeping tasks such as raising purchase orders, invoice posting and cash posting.
Statement reconciliations and raising of payments
Assist with Monthly Repeat Sales Invoices
Assist with Credit Control
Carry out other general office duties
To assist with weekly wages and HR admin as required
To assist the Assistant Accountant and Financial Director as required.
Purchase Ledger :
Raise purchase orders as required
To assist with posting of purchase invoices
Filing of invoices for manager approval
To assist with monthly statement reconciliations
Raise payments as appropriate
Liaise with suppliers to sort out any queries
Wages:
Assist with weekly wages as required, loading timesheets etc
Assist with HR function administration covering new starters, absences, company van journey monitoring etc
Sales:
Assist with raising of monthly repeat sales invoices for maintenance works
Assist with credit control
Maintenance of spreadsheets as required
Cash:
Posting of cash receipts and payments
Petty cash
You must have all round accounts experience. If you have experience of CIS then this will be beneficial.
Hours can be flexible but ideally 25 hours a week. Salary of £28k is the fte
