Role:Project Manager Social Housing Decarbonisation & Planned Maintenance
Location:St Ives & Surrounding Area
Salary:£60,000 - £70,000 (Basic Salary)

What Youll Be Doing:
As the Project Manager, youll be at the forefront of delivering a new decarbonisation project that will transform social housing for a sustainable future.
Your role will include:
* Project Planning:Developing and tracking detailed project schedules to ensure accurate progress updates.
* Health & Safety:Ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety regulations and standards.
* Quality Management:Upholding high-quality standards by embedding them in the Quality Plan.
* Resource Allocation:Managing resources effectively to deliver projects within defined limits.
* Team Leadership:Creating a robust communication plan and clearly defining team roles.
* Project Handover:Overseeing a seamless handover process and providing end-user support as needed.
What Were Looking For:
We are seeking a dedicated professional with proven experience in project management within the social housing sector. The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience:
o Experience delivering works under the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund, incl.EWI, Air Source Heat Pumps and Solar PV.
o Demonstrated ability to manage projects efficiently with a focus on quality and safety.
* Qualifications:
o NVQ Level 6 or Degree in a related field.
o SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and Asbestos Awareness certifications.
o Ideally, MCIOB
