We are looking for a proven local pub operator with the ability to bring community ties into a locals pub. Focus on cask ale, and strong daily reasons to visit is essential in this business, also an eye for standards both in the garden / external areas and the internals of the business. This is a wet-only pub currently trading at an average of £6,100 in weekly sales.
