Job Description Yard Operative Standlake, Oxfordshire Permanent, Full time: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm Are you ready to get hands-on, learn new skills and be part of a hardworking, supportive team? We’re looking for a proactive Yard Operative to join our busy site in Standlake ! What You’ll Be Doing No two days are the same! You’ll work closely with our Yard Supervisor, Site Manager, Drivers and Operations teams to keep the site running safely and smoothly. Your role will include: Assisting with the acceptance, handling and disposal of various waste streams Labelling, sorting and storing waste materials Cleaning barrels, containers and yard areas Helping with stock control Operating power tools Supporting the site team with loading/unloading tasks General site duties as required If you enjoy practical work, working outdoors, staying busy, and being part of a team that looks out for each other, this could be the perfect role for you!
