Additional Information
This role may require a security clearance, and offers of employment will be dependent on obtaining the relevant level of clearance. If this is necessary, it will be discussed with you at the interview. The vetting process is delivered by United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) and may require candidates to provide proof of residency in the UK of 5 years or longer. If applying to this role, please do not make reference to (in conversation) or include in your application details of any current or previously held security clearance.
Due to current Government immigration salary thresholds, AtkinsRéalis does not sponsor any skilled worker visas for our early‑careers programme as the Home Offices eligibility criteria would not be met. Given the length of our early‑careers programme, AtkinsRéalis requires applicants to have the right to work in the UK (without sponsorship by AtkinsRéalis) for the duration of the programme. Applicants should ensure they can meet this requirement prior to making an application. For more information, please visit our International Students page.

Our graduate development programme is designed to give you an insight into many areas of work, and the chance to explore where your own skills and interests lie. It features a series of training events and modules, professional development, mentoring and on‑the‑job experience as well as practical skills development.
