Individual Commission + Team Bonus + Leadership Pathway
£40,000 – £55,000 Base + Uncapped commission

We’re looking for a Managing Consultant to drive performance across a growing life science recruitment function. You’ll lead from the front—delivering results for clients, supporting junior consultants, and helping shape the future of a high-performing, people-first team.
The Role
Position: Managing Consultant – Life Science Recruitment
Location: Hybrid – 2–3 days/week in the Leeds office
Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 base + individual commission + team bonus + leadership incentives

* Proven 360 recruiter in life sciences with a strong billing track record
* Comfortable mentoring or supporting junior consultants (even informally)
* Confident in managing client relationships and leading on senior-level roles
* Passionate about science, innovation, and building long-term partnerships
* Ambitious, commercially focused, and ready to lead by example
