Role : PPD - Production Print Field Engineer \nLocation : Southern coverage \nPackage : up to £38,000 + 10% bonus + 26 days holiday + training + pension + car .......\n\nConcept are seeking a either a skilled Production Print Technical Specialist or a skilled Photocopier engineer interested in upskilling to PP. Your aim will be to deliver exceptional service and support to our customers while maintaining field efficiencies and driving profitability. This role involves working in a dynamic and challenging environment within the Industrial Print sector, requiring technical expertise, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to excellence.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nCustomer Service: Respond to call-outs with professionalism and efficiency, diagnose and resolve technical faults, and implement necessary technical modifications.
This may involve work outside standard office hours, national travel, and occasional overnight stays.\nCommunication: Act as a key communication channel between customers, the Service Team, and other areas of the business to ensure a seamless service experience.\nTechnical Support: Provide the highest level of service by resolving technical issues promptly and accurately, minimizing machine downtime.\nTraining: Deliver technical advice and training to customers, helping them maximize the full capabilities of their installed devices.\nSafety & Maintenance: Perform all repairs and maintenance in a safe manner, adhering to manufacturer recommendations and Health & Safety legislation.\nReporting: Ensure accurate and timely completion of all reporting and paperwork requirements.\nTechnology Utilization: Effectively utilize technology tools, such as laptops, to access technical documentation, continuously improving service delivery.\nParts Management: Maintain clear communication regarding on-site parts and consumables, advising customers to ensure readiness and minimize operational disruptions.\nThe candidate:\n\nHave technical expertise and a solutions-driven mindset to tackle complex challenges in the commercial or industrial print environment.\nPossess strong English language skills for effective communication both internally and externally.\nDemonstrate a proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work flexibly, including outside standard hours, as required.\nCommit to upholding high standards of organization, safety, and customer service.\nThe Application \nTo apply for this position please follow the link on this page or send your CV to If you would like more information on this vacancy, or any others we may have, please contact Nikki on (phone number removed)
