They are now looking for aJunior Sous Pastry Chefto join their growing pastry team.
What youll be doing:
* Supporting the Head Pastry Chef in creating exceptional desserts, breads, and baked goods that celebrate the seasons
* Using ingredients from the hotels own farm and local producers to craft refined, ingredient-led dishes
* Assisting in mentoring junior team members and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation
* Contributing to the development of new menus that reflect the rhythms of the land and a modern British sensibility
The ideal candidate:
* A strong background in pastry within high-end hotels or restaurants
* A passion for sustainability, seasonality, and the craft of baking
* A calm and positive leader with a keen eye for detail and quality
* Enthusiastic about working closely with a farm-to-table kitchen ethos
