Salesforce Developer – Financial Services | Hybrid (Yorkshire) | Up to £50,000
Are you an experienced Salesforce Developer looking to take ownership of technical solutions in a dynamic and fast-growing financial services organisation? Our client are making waves in the financial services market currently, and are rapidly growing as a result.
The Role:
As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that underpin critical business functions.
This is a hybrid position, offering a blend of remote working and time on-site in the Yorkshire office to encourage collaboration and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and deploy customised Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
* Collaborate with business analysts and administrators to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
* Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party systems using APIs and middleware tools.
* Optimise existing code, workflows, and automations to improve system performance and scalability.
* Participate in system testing, quality assurance, and deployment activities.
* Ensure all development aligns with Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards.
* Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous platform improvement.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer in a commercial environment.
* Strong hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
* Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications and data sources.
* Understanding of Salesforce configuration, Flows, and Process Automation.
* Experience within the financial services sector (desirable but not essential).
* Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II advantageous).
* Strong analytical mindset, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
