As our School Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and staff, ensuring a warm and professional welcome. You will manage administrative and finance related tasks efficiently, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the school. The successful candidate will: Able to demonstrate a professional approach with excellent communication and organisation skills. Take and direct phone calls, take messages and answer emails professionally. Highly proficient with ICT systems and able to demonstrate good numerical skills. Able to manage a range of varied tasks, providing administrative support to the school. Flexible, adaptable and able to multi-task in a busy environment. Thoroughly professional, understanding issues of confidentiality and the need to protect the welfare of children. Experienced, working in a school setting, and knowledge of SIMS educational software is preferred.
