Our client designs and manufactures leading edge, high reliability, high value, monitoring tools for an international market. We are currently seeking a Lead Electronics Engineer to join their highly qualified, multi-disciplined, engineering design team.
Ideal candidates will possess a broad range of electronics skills including familiarity with analogue electronics, digital electronics and embedded software development. Leading a growing team of c.4 Electronics Engineers you will play a key role in designing the next generation of products as well as supporting the existing product range.
Qualifications and skills sought will include:
* Familiarity with analogue and digital electronics
* Familiarity with micro-controller systems including embedded C
* Schematic capture and board layout using Altium or similar
* Experience in managing/supervising small teams of engineers from a technical perspective
* Experience in planning and reviewing the work of others in the team
* Ability to write, review, update technical documents
* Experience in electronics test and fault-finding to component level
* Degree qualified in electronics, or similar, with over 10 years' commercial experience
