VodafoneThree Lead Partner Manager – Retail MVNO
Location: Newbury + (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday
Key responsibilities
* Own, develop and maintain a strong, strategic partnership with the MVNO, fostering long‑term growth and trust.
* Own the account strategy for the MVNO, develop and execute the account plan to drive commercial performance, unlock growth and deliver sustainable, long‑term value for VodafoneThree.
* Lead the strategic partnership with the MVNO, ensuring open, transparent, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.
* Ensure compliance with contractual terms and governance standards across MVNO engagements.
* Own and lead the joint business planning (JBP) process, aligning on strategic goals and identifying new growth opportunities.
* Track, analyze, report and present on commercial partnership performance metrics, delivering high‑impact presentations for L1 reviews.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally internally and externally to ensure seamless execution of partner initiatives and operational excellence.
* Maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
Who you are
* Proven track record in senior wholesale, retail MVNO, or telecom partner management roles.
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue and margin growth through Tier 1 MVNO relationships.
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue and margin growth through a high‑profile retailer.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
* Experience in budget ownership and forecasting.
* Ability to interpret market insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
* Experience in leading cross‑functional collaboration and influencing at senior levels.
* Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment with multiple priorities.
