This global hedge fund based in the city is looking to expand their EA team due to growth of the business. The role is an EA position, supportng a team of 5-10 executives. You will be responsible for managing multiple priorities across various departments, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. It is a varied role with great training and huge scope to grow. The role will involve: This person will act as the EA for senior management General calendar management and scheduling of meetings Meet & greet guests Event planning for senior managers Manage expenses using Workday Prepare materials and documents for signature Coordination of travel booking Any ad hoc administrative tasks Required Qualifications: 3 years experience in similar role Excellent communication and time management skills Team player essential Detail-oriented Self-starter, professional and organized Able to work under pressure Tech savvy and willing to learn No task is too small mentality Nice to have: Fluent in French The role is based near Liverpool Street and offers hybrid working 1:4.
