Shifts run from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with flexibility for earlier finish times


WNS Hotel is looking for dedicated and professional individuals to join our team in a dual-role capacity as a Front Desk Assistant / Cleaner. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a customer-focused hospitality environment where attention to detail and a warm, welcoming attitude are highly valued.


Key Responsibilities:

* Clean and prepare guest rooms after check-out to a high standard
* Greet guests, assist with check-ins/check-outs, and manage front desk duties
* Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area
* Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries


Requirements:

* Previous cleaning experience is required
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Prior hospitality or receptionist experience is a plus
* Reliable, organized, and able to multitask effectively
* A team player with a positive and professional attitude


Desirable:

* Minimum of 1 year reception and cleaner experience preferred.
* Located in Southend
