Progress your engineering career in one of the key roles within Allianz Engineering Inspection Services. Our Engineer Surveyors visit client sites to carry out inspections and assess a wide range of plant, equipment, and installations. Newly recruited Engineer Surveyors are automatically enrolled onto an unrivalled induction training programme.

Responsibilities
* Anticipate clients’ needs and help ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
* Work closely with the Engineer Surveyor team managed by a Senior Operations Team Leader.
* Prepare examination reports following inspections using electronic reporting for fast and efficient delivery to clients.
* Carry out hands-on inspections of plant and equipment such as lifts, material handling equipment, cranes, and construction plant.
* Engage in a physically demanding role that may involve working at height, in confined spaces, lifting, and climbing in hot and cold conditions, with exposure to noise and dust.
Salary
Starting salary £44,213 plus company car and more. Salary is part of a total reward package.
What You Do
* Assess a wide range of installations and help ensure client compliance with relevant legislation.
What You Bring / Essential Skills
* NVQ Level 3 or above in a mechanical-related subject.
* Full valid UK driving licence.
* Strong time management and the ability to self-organise weekly work.
* Comfort with using tablets and smartphones as tools for work.
* Willingness to support and deputise for fellow Engineer Surveyors as required.
Desirable Skills
* Incorporated Engineer (desirable).
