Axon Moore is working with a well-established and growing business based in Leyland to recruit a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term partnerships, managing key accounts, and working closely with clients to deliver excellent service.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key customers
Build strong, lasting relationships and understand individual client needs
Ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of products/services
Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to maximise account value
Handle any client issues or escalations with professionalism and urgency
Work closely with internal departments (sales, operations, finance) to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate CRM records and produce account performance reports
🙌 What We’re Looking For
Experience in an account management, client services, or sales support role
A natural relationship builder with strong communication skills
Highly organised and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Commercially aware with the confidence to identify growth opportunities
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
⭐ Desirable (but not essential)
Background in B2B, manufacturing, or service-based industries
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Excel
Ability to travel occasionally to client sites (if required)
