Building Safety Coordinator – Fire and Electrical
Salary: £32,726 - £40,908 per annum (dependent on experience)
Hours: 35 per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
Location: Hybrid working between Crossways Business Park office, Dartford and home
We’re currently looking for a Building Safety Coordinator to join our Building Safety team, particularly focusing on fire, electrical and service contracts.
Responsibilities:
* Support the Senior Building Safety Coordinator and Building Safety Manager in delivering risk‑based programmes of servicing and remedial works relating to fire, electrical and service contracts.
* Liaise with contractors, consultants and customers to ensure properties are well maintained and compliant.
