Job Description
Make a real difference for the persecuted Church.
Barnabas International is a family of Christian ministries and charities supporting suffering, abandoned and persecuted Christians around the world. Since 1993, we’ve funded projects in over 100 countries — providing food, medical aid, education, Bibles, disaster relief and hope to millions of our brothers and sisters in Christ.
We are seeking a Projects Administrator to join our dynamic Projects team, supporting work across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. You’ll play a vital role in assessing project proposals, managing grants, tracking budgets, and ensuring that every project delivers meaningful impact for those in need.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Projects Manager in evaluating and monitoring projects across MENA.
* Review project proposals for alignment with Barnabas’ mission, feasibility and impact.
* Administer grants from approval through to completion and reporting.
* Maintain strong relationships with project partners, providing ongoing guidance and support.
* Track budgets and prepare financial and project reports.
* Contribute to disaster response activities and humanitarian initiatives.
About You
* Experience in administration, ideally within a charity or NGO setting.
* Arabic speaker with excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Proficient in MS Office and confident managing multiple priorities.
* Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, proactive approach.
* Passionate about serving the persecuted Church and aligned with Barnabas Aid’s Vision, Mission, Values and Statement of Faith.
