* Competitive Basic Salary + Bonuses: Up to £36,000 (based on experience and qualifications) with an average OTE of £42,000 which is an uncapped bonus.
* Hours of work: 08:00 to 17:00 or 08:30-17:30 – NO WEEKENDS
* Sign-On Bonus: £500 upon joining and an additional £500 after a successful probation period

Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles
* Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance, following manufacturer specifications
* Provide detailed reports on vehicle condition and recommended work
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure customer satisfaction
* Level 3 NVQ in automotive maintenance and repair (or equivalent)
* Experience in a dealership or service centre environment
* Valid Driver’s License
Preferred (But Not Essential):
* Apprentice Trained
* Experience with diagnostic software and tools
