Role Summary
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Admin Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the smooth delivery of planned works and ensuring accurate data management across all projects. If you're a confident communicator with strong coordination and planning skills, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinating all planned works and ensuring schedules are followed.
* Liaising with landowners and external stakeholders.
* Ordering and tracking equipment required for jobs.
* Booking and coordinating subcontractors.
* Creating and issuing job packs for field teams.
* Ensuring all collected data is accurately recorded to IES standards.
* Providing general administrative support to the wider team.
Must-have Experience
* Previous administration experience in a busy environment.
* Proven experience coordinating and planning work schedules.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident communication and ability to liaise internally and externally.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
