The role:
The Facilities Manager will be based on a high-end Build to Rent development in the Surrey. The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring the building meets standards of safety, appearance and overall functionality.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage a team of Maintenance professionals.
* Oversee and perform technical and mechanical work.
* Carry out building inspections.
* Supervise maintenance and repairs.
* Ensure health & safety and compliance requirements are met.
The person:
* Prior experience as a Facilities Manager within residential property.
* Comprehensive understanding of building maintenance and H&S compliance.
* IOSH/NEBOSH.
