This is a permanent contract but they will also consider the suitable candidate on a temp to perm contract.The salary for the role of Senior Teaching Assistant/Behaviour Support Manager is between £21,577 - £23,406 (actual), working 39 weeks of the year, 32.5 hours per week. The actual FTE salary is between £28,580 - £31,022.The successful Senior Teaching Assistant/Behaviour Support Manager will play a key role in managing behaviour, implementing interventions and building positive relationships with learners and their families.You will be supported by the school who will provide training in behaviour management and physical intervention and be offered opportunities for professional development.They are looking for a Senior Teaching Assistant/Behaviour Support Manager with prior, recent experience supporting children with challenging behaviour and an NVQ level 3/4 or equivalent qualification.I am also looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant for the same school in Basingstoke.
