We are fast-paced, people-focused business driven by excellence and we are now seeking an exceptional Client Services Manager to lead our growing team.
The Role:
The Client Services Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, elevating client satisfaction, and leading the Client Services Team to operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for managing internal performance, developing best-in-class processes, and ensuring our key accounts and inbound enquiries are handled with speed, accuracy and care. Working in full alignment with the Head of Sales to deliver consistency, compliance and commercial success across the department.
This is a role for a natural leader who can balance commercial focus with people management, while continuously improving processes and maintaining a positive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Commercial Accountability
* Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
* Ensure all leads and enquiries are assigned to relevant sales staff within 15 minutes.
* Oversee key and partnership accounts, ensuring response acknowledgements are sent within 1 working hours.
* Maintain well-structured and globally visible pricing documentation for key accounts.
* Ensure high-quality administrative execution, including the accurate preparation and rapid delivery of quotations, invoices and supporting documentation.
Team Leadership & People Management
* Line manages the Client Services team, including performance reviews, annual leave approval, disciplinaries, training and personal development.
* Responsible for HR compliance for your team, including the management of sick days, lateness, WFH requests and accurate BrightHR records.
* Support dotted-line management of the Credit Controller and Finance Assistants.
* Lead regular team meetings to update, motivate and develop staff.
* Deliver successful onboarding, induction and ongoing coaching for direct reports.
* Foster a culture of positivity, accountability and high performance within the sales floor.
Process, Quality & Operations
* Own and continuously improve the Client Services SOP, collaborating with the Head of Sales and business leadership to adapt and evolve process as required.
* Enforce best practice, compliance and consistent adoption of all sales policies.
* Work closely with Operations and Technical teams to ensure every order has a clear fulfilment plan and complete, accurate data.
* Produce ad-hoc reports and insights for senior management.
* Maintain confidentiality, privacy, and discretion always.
