Key Responsibilities: Operate CNC Milling machines to produce precision-engineered parts. Perform tooling and offset adjustments to ensure dimensional accuracy. Conduct in-process inspections using gauges, micrometers, verniers, and height gauges. Maintain quality standards through accurate measurement and attention to detail. Ensure safe, efficient operation of machinery and contribute to continuous improvement. Keep the work area clean, organised, and compliant with company health and safety standards. Requirements: Previous experience as a CNC Milling Operator (essential). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Confident inspecting your own work to tight tolerances. Experience with Heidenhain controls (advantageous, not essential). Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently on nights.
