Educational Psychologists
Location: Bath
Pay Rate:
* £1000 - £1250 per completed EHCNA report.
* Contract Type: Full-time/Part-time | Term-time only.
* Hybrid Working: In-person assessments preferred, but remote work considered (must follow AEP remote working guidance)
We are working in partnership with a LA in the Bath area who are looking to recruit experienced Educational Psychologists to support the delivery of statutory Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments (EHCNAs).
You'll be responsible for providing high-quality psychological advice as part of the EHCP process. Each assessment is allocated two working days, with flexible working options available. Co-production meetings can be included if desired, with 1.5 hours allocated per case.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Conduct psychological assessments to identify learning needs and emotional wellbeing challenges.
* Write detailed, child-centred statutory advice for EHCNAs.
* Collaborate with schools, families, and other professionals to develop effective intervention strategies.
* Provide training and consultation for educational staff.
* Support pupils with behavioural, emotional, and learning difficulties.
What we're looking for:
* A postgraduate degree in educational psychology, or a related field.
* Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
* Preferably, prior experience working with children and adolescents in educational environments.
