The main purpose of the job
1. Preparing meals for patients in the hospital, under the guidance of the HeadChef and Sous chef.
2. To prepare, cook and present dishes in accordance with speciality
3. Supervise and assist members of staff working with you
4. Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef to create and develop new dishes and menus
5. Monitor portion and waste control.
