We are looking for an experienced and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to help lead our cleaning/portering team at Didcot Community Hospital. You role will support the day-to-day delivery of high-quality cleaning and catering services, making sure our hospital remains a safe, clean, and welcoming place for patients, visitors, and staff. This is a hands-on role where you will work alongside the team, leading by example and supporting staff to meet NHS cleaning standards and infection control requirements. What We Offer * Competitive salary * Opportunities for training and career progression * Supportive team environment The role is full time (37.5 hours per week) and will involve shift work (7am – 3pm and 11am-7pm), alternative weekends and bank holidays over a rolling rota, which will be paid at an enhanced rate.
