Role Overview: As a Nurse Associate, you will be an integral part of our clinical team, providing excellent care and supporting a wide range of services for our patient population. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your experience in general practice and contribute meaningfully to community healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient group
* Support patients with managing long-term conditions and promoting healthy lifestyles
* Undertake clinical tasks such as wound care, phlebotomy, blood pressure monitoring, and health checks
* Administer immunisations and vaccinations (training can be provided)
* Carry out cervical cytology if trained (training can be provided)
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Desirable Skills (Training Can Be Provided):
* Cervical cytology
* Immunisation and vaccination proficiency
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Nurse Associate on the NMC register
* Experience in a healthcare or primary care setting is desirable
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A flexible and proactive approach to patient care
* Committed to ongoing professional development
